PSGA strives to accelerate the realization of gender equality and justice in the implementation of teaching, research, and community service activities (Tridarma Perguruan Tinggi) at STEBI Lampung, which has so far shown a gap between men and women. Currently, academic productivity in the fields of research, scientific works, and popular writing is still dominated by men. Therefore, in order to strengthen gender equality and justice, PSGA STEBI Lampung takes an active role in synergizing the institution's flagship programs to encourage more inclusive and equitable participation.
